Research the alerted transactions to identify and report fraudulent activity by the customer or by others

Lockbox
Process Retail Lockbox payments for affiliate bank customers.

Cash Management Operations
ACH – Provide technical support for all banks whose customers use the Automated Clearing House network
banking@home – Maintain databases of customers utilizing the bill payment feature of banking@home, and reconcile vendor invoices
BusinessLink – Provide technical support for full functionality of the product, and manage periodic upgrades
Account Analysis – provide technical support to Account Analysis gatekeepers; enter and validate maintenance to customer accounts as requested by the banks monthly; update profitability reports as needed
Account Reconciliation – Assemble reports and files consistent with the needs of Account Reconciliation customers
Mail Services—Resolve inaccurate mailing addresses for customers whose statements and daily notices are returned to CTS by the USPS and e-mail providers

Systems and Operations
Systems and Operations are responsible for mainframe systems software support and daily online transaction processing for all affiliate bank activities.

Network Services
Network Services administers server related infrastructure technologies that surround hardware, applications, storage and security throughout the Holding Company.

Network Communications 
Network Communications maintains the data and voice networks for Central Bancompany.

Client Services 
The primary focus of Client Services technicians includes support of Workstations/Laptops and the multitude of applications they run, printers, MFD’s, and DVR’s.

Application Services
In this area, Application Services typically will interface with end users, Business Owners, and Vendors on a frequent basis to include Installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and migrations.

Technical Purchasing 
Technical Purchasing is responsible for quoting of the product, placing and receiving the order, and ensuring the products are tracked in our technical hardware/license asset database.

Help Desk/Support 
The Help Desk works with both the end user and the various other technical areas to ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner.

Programming
Programmers/Analysts are responsible for the design, development and maintenance of banking related software for all holding company banks.
